Crack Repair

5 Years

Polyurethane and epoxy crack injection backed for 5 years against re-opening of the repaired crack.

Driveway & Walkway Resurfacing

5–10 Years

Polymer-modified resurfacing backed for 5–10 years against delamination depending on substrate and traffic load.

Porch & Step Rebuilds

10 Years

Structural rebuild work warranted for 10 years against structural failure under normal residential loading.

Concrete Lifting (Polyurethane Foam)

10 Years

Polyurethane foam lifting and slab leveling warranted for 10 years against re-settlement, conditional on corrected drainage.

Concrete Sealing

2–5 Years

Penetrating sealers warranted for 5 years; film-forming sealers warranted for 2 years against premature failure.

Foundation Parging

10 Years

Polymer-modified parging warranted for 10 years against delamination and material failure.

Polished Concrete

Lifetime of the Slab

Polished concrete is the surface of the slab — the polish itself doesn't fail. Warranty covers workmanship for 5 years.

Commercial Parking Garage

5–10 Years

Coating systems and structural concrete restoration carry 5–10 year warranties depending on the specified system.

Emergency Repairs

Same as Scheduled Work

Emergency repairs use the same materials and prep standards — warranty terms match the equivalent scheduled scope.

What's Covered

  • Workmanship defects — repair failure attributable to our installation or method.
  • Material failure — premature failure of the specified materials we supplied.
  • Bonding failure — delamination of repair material from the substrate.
  • Sealer integrity — premature loss of sealer protection within the warranty window.

What's Not Covered

As with any concrete warranty, certain conditions fall outside our coverage:

  • •Damage caused by structural movement of the surrounding building or substrate that wasn't addressed in the original scope.
  • •Damage caused by uncorrected drainage or grading issues identified during assessment but not corrected by the homeowner.
  • •Damage from impact, abuse, or use beyond design loading.
  • •Cosmetic colour variation between repair and adjacent aged concrete (we discuss this honestly before every job).
  • •Damage from third-party work after our completion (excavation, plumbing, landscaping).
