We walk the slab, check moisture content, identify the right sealer system (penetrating, film-forming, or hybrid), and confirm whether crack injection or repair is needed first. Written itemized estimate follows the walk-through.

Pressure wash, degreaser on oil staining, and a proprietary efflorescence remover where needed. Sealer applied over a contaminated slab will not bond.
